1.) What are the costs associated with your storage units A. Month to month 2.) What is the pricing structure for storage services? A. Our 14×50 enclosed units are $399 per month. You can view the pricing of our different storage options by visiting our storage page on our website. 3.) Do you offer pro-rated pricing options? A. If you move in the middle of the month, we prorate that time through the 1st and your initial charge will be the prorated amount plus the first full month. 4.) What is the duration of your storage leases? A. Each contract is for a month to month lease. We do this for easy accessibility and flexibility for our tenets. One of the many ways we go above and beyond with our customer service! 5.) Could you provide information about the insurance requirements and obligations for renters? A. Tenants should have your own full coverage insurance on their Motorhome, RV, Boat or Automobiles. 6.) When am I able to start using the storage unit? A. We are able to immediately move you in and start using your spacious storage unit upon our receiving your digitally signed contract. 7.) How much advance notice do I need to provide prior to vacating the storage unit? A. Abilene RV and Boat Storage requires an advanced notice of 30 days prior to vacating one of our storage units. 8.) What payment methods do you accept? A. We offer auto-payment by credit card or bank draft. For questions on other forms of payment, please give us a call at (325) 272-0911. 9.) How should I process my payment? A. After your initial payment, all future recurring month to month payments with be automatic on the 1st of each month with your preferred acceptable payment method. 10.) Are there specific items that are prohibited from being stored? A. Yes, we do prohibit certain and specific items from being stored on our premises. If you are unsure if you are allowed to store something in your storage unit, please speak with our staff for clarification. 11.) Is office staff presence necessary for me to access my storage unit? A. No, you will have 24/7 access with a unique code each tenant that will be assigned to you for our electric gate. You will be able to access your storage unit at your convenience. 12.) What are the necessary documents required for renting a storage space? A. You will be required to sign a contract for your storage unit, which will request VIN numbers for your vehicles and your current up-to-date insurance information. 13.) Can I make advance payments on my account? A. Yes, you can make advanced payments on your account for your storage unit. 14.) How will I identify my assigned storage space? A. Each one of our buildings are lettered and then the spaces are clearly marked with numbers above the doors. If you are storing in our outdoor lot, our staff will direct you to the open space for you to store your vehicles. 15.) What measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of my stored items? A. We have an electric gate that surrounds the entire grounds and can only be accessed by a code. We also have installed 24 hour video surveillance 4K cameras and have a live-in attendant that is always on site for your safety and convenience. 16.) Is there a surveillance system in place at the storage facility? A. Yes, we have installed motion activated 4K cameras with 24 hour video surveillance. We have a 9 screen set-up in our security room that captures every angle of the storage site. There isn’t anything that happens on our grounds that we do not know about. 17.) How do I access my storage unit – do I need a key or a code? A. Upon signing your contract with Abilene RV and Boat Storage, you will be assigned a unique gate code that will give you access to both the gated entrance to the storage site, but also to your individual storage unit. Just head to your new spacious storage unit, punch in your unique code and start moving in (or getting ready to head out!) 18.) Am I responsible for providing my own locks for the storage unit? A. No, you are not responsible for providing your own locks for the storage unit. However, you can use your own lock if you choose to do so, or you can just use the lock that will be provided by us. 19.) Is there a facility for disposing of sewage from my RV or Motorhome? A. Yes, we have dump stations for anyone needing to dispose sewage or anything else needed. We also offer several other amenities like wash bays, clean bathrooms, commercial ice machines, valet services, and much more! Yes, we offer a concierge service here at Abilene RV and Boat Storage. Ask our staff for more information. 21.) What are the dimensions of your storage units? A. Our enclosed units are 14 feet wide by 75 feet deep. The roll up doors are 12 feet wide by 14 feet tall. You can view more information about our storage units here on our website. 22.) Do you offer any supplies for purchase on-site? A. Yes, we offer all the necessary supplies that are needed for a purchase on-site as well as online.
